The foot pocket is molded from medical-grade liquid silicone rubber (LSR): soft against the instep, locked at the heel, with no pressure points even during long sessions in thin neoprene socks. Power transfers from leg to blade without the hot spots that end rental dives early.

Blade engineering

Carbon blades rarely fail from the material itself; they fail at air pockets, misaligned weave, and uneven resin inside the layup. Our layup process holds weave orientation and resin distribution consistent from blade to blade, which is exactly where no-name carbon fins snap. Ask any carbon fin supplier how they control layup; the answer tells you who you are really buying from.
A long blade that is too stiff overloads the ankle; one that is too soft dumps energy at the tip. We tune blade geometry and layup so the flex zone loads water through the full kick cycle. Freedivers feel the balance as glide rather than leg burn, and it is the reason large-format blades stay efficient instead of just long.
Because stiffness comes from the layup rather than a different mold, we produce multiple stiffness grades on the same F-6877 platform. Custom programs can spec their own grade lineup without new tooling. That is a private label advantage most carbon fin resellers never get from a trading company.
