Quality is controlled at four gates, each with defined acceptance criteria, trained inspectors, and written records of what was caught and corrected.

Every batch of silicone, polycarbonate, fabric, and hardware is verified against specification before release. Non-conforming material is quarantined, never released under your label.

First-article verification at every setup, in-line checks at each station, and recorded molding parameters held to ±0.05 mm. Drift is caught in minutes, not at final inspection.

Finished units pass functional screening (seal integrity, strap assembly, lens clarity) plus AQL attribute sampling. Nothing packs without a pass record.

Pre-shipment inspection against the agreed AQL plan, carton-level checks, export-grade protection, and batch-traceable labeling. The OQC report reaches you before the vessel sails.
In-house laboratory, on the factory floor
Certificates say the system works; batch testing proves the product works. Our in-house lab runs five test families on every production lot.
Sealed assemblies (co-injection goggles, diving masks, full-face masks) are pressure-tested for leaks. Zero-leak is a test result, not a slogan.
Lenses run through timed fogging cycles to verify the molded-in treatment holds for the agreed duration before the batch ships.
Straps, buckles, nose bridges, and fin pockets are pulled to defined force thresholds, confirming they survive real use and transit.
Materials are immersed in chlorinated water baths to confirm silicone, polycarbonate, and fabric keep elasticity and color after prolonged pool exposure.
Printed straps, dyed fabrics, and colored silicone are assessed for migration and fading under standard light sources, supporting OEKO-TEX requirements.
Testing happens on your production batch, not a golden sample. Reports carry air-tightness, anti-fog, and tensile results under your batch number. Request a sample test report.
Compliance officers file evidence, not promises. This is the document pack that travels with every purchase order.
| Document | When you receive it | What it proves |
|---|---|---|
| FAI report (first article inspection) | At line start, before mass production | Dimensional and functional conformance to your spec, including air-tightness, anti-fog, and tensile results |
| OQC report (outgoing quality control) | Before balance payment and container release | AQL sampling results, carton counts, and packaging photos. The approved lot is the shipped lot |
| Certificate copies | At quotation stage, refreshed as issued | ISO 9001:2015, BSCI, CE, FDA, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 in English, ready for retail onboarding |
| Third-party inspection | On request, pre-shipment | SGS, Intertek, TUV, or your nominated agency inspects on site with full access to records and cartons |
Digital asset pack. Product photography, spec sheets, and compliance summaries in one verified folder.
Professional packaging. Export-grade moisture and crush protection with batch-traceable carton labeling.
Inspection hosted, not tolerated. We book SGS, Intertek, or TUV, stage the cartons, and open all four gate records to the inspector.
English-native documentation. Every certificate and report is supplied in English with consistent batch references.
Retail chains do not onboard suppliers on certificates alone. They send questionnaires, auditors, and follow-up scores. We run that process every season.
Social, quality, security, and environmental vendor questionnaires returned with supporting records, in your buying office’s format, on your deadline.
We prepare the document room (training records, machine logs, inspection files) and walk auditors through all four QC gates.
Our BSCI track record is available to qualified buyers, so your social compliance review starts from evidence instead of promises.
