What is your sample policy?

Ready-stock samples ship in 2 to 7 days. Custom samples, including your logo and packaging, take 15 to 30 days. Sample fees are credited against your first production order, so sampling costs nothing once the order is confirmed.

What are your payment terms?

A 30% deposit confirms the order and starts production; the 70% balance is paid before shipment. We accept T/T for production orders and PayPal for samples.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product and packaging you choose. Ready-to-ship stock items carry no minimum and can be ordered from 1 piece; custom private-label items typically start at 300 pieces per color. Send your spec through the form above and we will confirm the exact MOQ with your quote.
