Every Vanguard board uses closed-cell EVA or PE foam with a sealed skin, so buoyancy stays constant from day one to year three.
Our EVA foam is expanded under controlled temperature and pressure to produce a uniform closed-cell matrix at 45-80 kg/m³. The sealed outer skin prevents water ingress, so the board never gains weight or harbors mold. Foam batches are density-tested before cutting, and finished boards pass a 24-hour immersion test for water absorption below 3% by volume.

Private label kickboard wholesale
Kickboards are a replenishment category: swim schools burn through them every season, and retail buyers punish suppliers who miss the spring window. Foam expansion, die-cutting, decoration, and packaging all happen inside our 27,824 m² Guangzhou facility, so nothing in your program waits on a subcontractor.
Send us a vector outline or a sketch. We CNC-cut a steel die to your profile and produce a foam sample within 7-15 days. Standard shapes (rectangle, contoured, figure-eight) use existing dies at no tooling cost.
Foam pigment is mixed at the expansion stage, so color runs through the full board thickness and never chips or peels. Color recipes are archived per client, and reorder batches match the approved chip within Delta E < 2.
Heat transfer for full CMYK artwork, gradients, and mascots. Silk-screen for 1-4 spot colors at the lowest per-unit cost. Both methods bond to the sealed foam skin and survive pool-chemical exposure without cracking.
