Swimming gear OEM case studies · Watersports contract manufacturing since 1993
Since 1993, this Guangzhou factory has run container-scale programs for a world-leading competitive swimwear brand, incubated a patented panoramic mask that won a 50,000-piece single order, and kept cross-border sellers stocked with 48-hour dispatch. Every case below rests on verifiable production records.
Case study 01 · Container-scale contract manufacturing
The strongest reference on this page is one we cannot name, yet. From 2007 to 2013, this factory served as a production partner to a world-leading competitive swimwear brand, delivering more than 100 containers of swim goggles every year to markets across the globe. The brand name is withheld pending licensing approval.
In 2007, the brand needed a goggle supplier that could clear rigorous annual factory audits, hold identical quality across millions of units, and never miss a vessel. Race-season sell-through leaves no room for a late container or for quality drift discovered in container eighty.
We dedicated production capacity inside our 27,824 m² facility to the program: computer-controlled injection molding held to ±0.05 mm, batch-level air-tightness and anti-fog testing before every loading, and vessel-by-vessel QC records that turned each annual audit into a formality rather than a risk.
The partnership ran seven consecutive seasons with 100+ containers delivered every year, and the goggles sold in dozens of countries under one of the most recognized marks in competitive swimming. The same production discipline now runs on private label orders of 300 pieces.

Case study 02 · Patent-backed product incubation
Not every case starts with a client’s spec sheet. Some start with our own engineering bet, and the M-1502 panoramic full-face mask is the flagship example of what in-house R&D does for a buyer’s competitive position.
After 2016, the full-face mask category flooded with generic copies that fogged, leaked, and raised CO2 safety concerns. Brands wanted a differentiated product they could actually defend on marketplaces, but open-market tooling offered nothing protectable.
We committed more than a year of fully independent R&D and launched the M-1502 in 2018: a 180° panoramic lens, separated inhale and exhale channels that keep breath humidity off the lens, and co-injection sealing applied across a far larger perimeter than a goggle. Multiple international design and function patents protect the structure.
In 2019, a single customer validated the platform with a 50,000-piece order, produced under the same batch-testing protocol as our container programs. Buyers on this platform sell an original, documented product, not a copy one competitor complaint away from takedown. The F-6876 fin (2020) and F-6877 carbon-fiber fin (2021) followed the same incubation path.
Case study 03 · E-commerce enablement
Container programs prove capacity. Fast, small replenishment proves flexibility: the combination that keeps e-commerce sellers alive through peak season.
A cross-border seller’s goggle SKU was selling out mid-season while a conventional supplier quoted a full-container MOQ and a 60-day lead time. Every week of stockout meant lost ranking, and the seller’s existing design carried real infringement exposure on the marketplace.
We moved the program onto our ready-to-ship platform: IP-safe original designs, stock replenishment dispatched from Guangzhou within 48 hours, FBA-ready cartons with batch-traceable labeling, and a custom reorder path at 300 pieces per color completing in about 30 days once the SKU proved out.
Units ordered on a Monday were in the seller’s FBA warehouse by Thursday. The listing stayed complaint-free through the season, and the seller has since moved into exclusive tooling under NDA, the exact growth path our production mix is built to serve.
