Launched in 2018 after more than a year of fully independent R&D, the M-1502 turned a commodity category into a defensible product line. In 2019, a single customer validated the engineering with a 50,000-piece order, and the design has been protected ever since.
A single curved lens replaces the framed windows of traditional masks, removing blind spots at the frame edges. For rental operators and tour brands, that means fewer “I can’t see” complaints from first-time snorkelers and stronger review scores.
Fresh air enters through the snorkel into a dedicated inhale chamber while exhaled air is routed out through independent exhaust valves below the chin. The one-way flow prevents CO2 backflow and keeps breath humidity off the lens. This is the structural answer to the fogging and safety concerns that hit early full-face masks after 2016.
A food-grade liquid silicone (LSR) skirt conforms to a wide range of adult and youth face shapes without over-tightening the strap. Every production batch passes air-tightness testing before leaving the factory, documented in batch-traceable QC records.
Multiple international design and function patents cover the M-1502’s structure and appearance. You sell an original, documented product, not a generic copy that is one competitor complaint away from a marketplace takedown.
