Snorkeling fins manufacturer · OEM snorkel fin factory since 1993
Vanguard manufactures short-blade snorkeling fins for resorts, dive shops, e-commerce sellers, and rental fleets. Co-injection molded blades, LSR silicone foot pockets, and full size grading from EU 28 to EU 47, all private labeled to your spec from 300 pairs per color.

The F-6866 is our highest-volume snorkeling fin platform. A co-injection molded blade bonds a stiff PP structural rib to a softer TPE outer skin in a single shot, eliminating the delamination failure that plagues two-piece glued blades. Paired with an LSR silicone foot pocket, it delivers 3 to 5 years of service in resort and rental conditions.
One shot, two materials. The rigid PP rib carries the load through the kick stroke while the TPE skin flexes at the tip to channel water rearward. No adhesive layer to separate after 200 rental cycles. This is the construction difference your QC team will measure against cheaper glued-blade competitors.
The foot pocket is molded from liquid silicone rubber (LSR): soft against bare skin, locked at the heel, with no pressure points during 45-minute snorkel sessions. Unlike TPR pockets that harden after UV exposure, LSR retains its elasticity season after season in tropical conditions.
EU 28 through EU 47 on a single blade tooling set. Junior sizes share the same blade profile scaled down, so your resort program stocks one visual identity across kids and adults. Fewer molds, faster reorders, consistent branding on the rental rack.
The same blade and pocket platform also ships as an open-heel adjustable-strap fin (F-6865) for buyers who need one-size-fits-most simplicity or bootie compatibility. Two SKUs, one tooling investment, double the addressable market from a single program.
Adjustable-strap for rental simplicity, compact short-blade for travel retail, full-foot for warm-water resorts, and junior sizing for family programs. All four share the same QC standard, the same LSR foot pocket platform, and the same 300-pair-per-color MOQ.

Open-heel design with a quick-adjust buckle strap. One SKU covers three shoe sizes, cutting rental inventory complexity. The co-injection blade delivers the same thrust as the full-foot F-6866 while accepting 3mm to 5mm booties for cooler-water snorkeling and introductory scuba.

A shortened blade profile that fits carry-on luggage and resort rental bins. Optimized for surface swimming and pool training where a long blade creates drag and ankle strain. The top seller for airline holiday packages and hotel gift shops.

A barefoot-fit full-foot pocket with a wider toe box for guests who refuse rental shoes. Lightweight enough for children and seniors, stiff enough for efficient surface swimming. The default choice for tropical resort operators stocking 200-plus pairs.

Scaled blade geometry and a softer LSR pocket sized EU 28 to EU 35. Reduced blade area matches a child’s ankle strength so they swim longer without fatigue. Pairs with our F-6868 juniors model for a full youth size run from age 5 to 14.
Fin engineering
Snorkeling fin buyers compare three things before they place a 500-pair order: how the blade moves water, what touches the customer’s skin, and whether the sizing runs true. Here is how our engineering answers each one.
A snorkeling blade that is too stiff overloads the ankle within 10 minutes; one that is too soft produces no forward drive. We tune blade length, rib thickness, and tip flex so the power stroke loads water through the central channel and releases it cleanly at the tip. The result is a relaxed flutter kick that covers distance without calf burn, which is exactly what a 40-minute reef tour demands.
LSR (liquid silicone rubber) is the premium option: hypoallergenic, UV-stable, and soft at 40-50 Shore A. TPE pockets cost less but harden after one season of tropical sun. Natural rubber grips well but triggers latex sensitivity in roughly 8% of the population. For a resort that rents to 2,000 guests a month, LSR eliminates the complaint category entirely.
Full-foot fins (F-6866, F-6851) fit bare feet precisely and transfer power efficiently, ideal for warm-water resorts where guests wear no booties. Adjustable-strap fins (F-6865, F-6857) accept booties and cover a size range with one buckle setting, the right call for cooler water, scuba crossover, and rental operations that cannot size-fit every guest. Most programs stock 70% full-foot and 30% adjustable.
Our CNC-trimmed molds hold dimensional tolerance within 0.5mm across the EU 28 to EU 47 range. Because the same tooling set produces every reorder, your size 42 fits identically in year one and year three. This consistency is why resort chains reorder from us rather than re-qualifying a new supplier each season.
| Factor | Adjustable strap (F-6865) | Full-foot (F-6866) |
|---|---|---|
| Fit method | Buckle strap, covers 3 sizes per SKU | Precise barefoot fit, one size per SKU |
| Bootie use | Accepts 3mm to 5mm booties | Barefoot or thin neoprene socks only |
| Power transfer | Good, slight heel lift under hard kick | Direct, no heel movement |
| Rental simplicity | Fewer SKUs, faster guest fitting | More sizes but better comfort rating |
| Water temp | Cool to warm (18C and up with booties) | Warm water (24C and up) |
| Best channel | Dive centers, cooler-water tours, scuba crossover | Tropical resorts, holiday packages, family retail |
Not sure which mix fits your operation? Ask our engineers for a recommendation with your quote. Most programs stock both.
From 300 pairs per color, we turn your spec sheet into retail-ready fins. Blade color, foot pocket color, logo placement, size grading, and packaging all happen inside our 27,824 m² Guangzhou facility, managed by a 123-person team with 15 dedicated R&D engineers.
Pantone color matching for blade and foot pocket, logo printing or embossing, and custom blade graphics that make your fins recognizable on a rental rack or in a listing image.
Mesh fin bags, printed retail boxes, and FBA-ready cartons with batch-traceable labeling. Packed the way your channel requires, from resort shelf display to Amazon FNSKU compliance.
Full-foot and open-heel pockets graded EU 28 to EU 47 on our own tooling. We can adjust pocket volume for your target market, wider toe boxes for North American guests, narrower heels for European fit preferences.
Every batch inspected under our ISO 9001:2015 system, with pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Intertek, or your nominated third party arranged on request. CNC-trimmed molds hold 0.5mm tolerance across the size run.
Custom molds and blade artwork are exchanged only under a signed NDA, stored separately, and never shared with or resold to another buyer. Your private label stays yours. Pair fins with masks and snorkels from the same factory for a consolidated snorkeling program.
