What is the minimum order quantity for swim gear?

Ready-to-ship stock items can be ordered from 1 piece with no minimum. Custom swim goggles, dive masks, and fins start at 300 pieces per color, and custom swimwear starts at 500 pieces per color. Patented co-injection open-mold models require 1,000 pieces per color due to tooling setup costs.

Can I order small quantities from ready-to-ship stock?

Yes. Every in-stock SKU can be ordered from 1 piece with no minimum, and stock items leave our Guangzhou warehouse within 48 hours of payment confirmation. E-commerce sellers often use stock lots to validate a product before committing to custom tooling, and sample fees are credited to the first production order.

Do you offer volume discounts or tiered pricing?

Yes. Unit pricing drops at higher quantity tiers, with typical breakpoints at 500, 1,000, and 3,000 pieces and at full container loads. Final pricing depends on model, materials, and customization level. Send us your target SKUs and quantity tiers, and our export team will return a tiered quote within 24 hours.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are a 30% deposit on order confirmation and a 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfers, PayPal for sample orders, and L/C at sight for established partners on large orders. Sample fees are credited against your first production order, so sampling costs nothing on a confirmed program.

Do you offer private label and OEM manufacturing?

Yes. We have been an OEM and ODM swim and dive gear manufacturer since 1993. Customization includes Pantone color matching, logo application by silk-screen, laser engraving, or metal badge, custom lens options, and retail packaging. Custom programs start at 300 pieces per color for goggles, masks, and fins.

What does the custom OEM process look like?

The process runs: spec sheet review, quotation, NDA signing, sampling and mold development in 15 to 30 days, sample approval, 30% deposit, mass production in 30 to 60 days for a first order, QC inspection, then balance payment and shipment. A dedicated project manager handles all communication from inquiry to delivery.

How long does sampling take?

Stock samples ship in 2 to 7 days. Custom prototypes take 15 to 30 days including mold development. Once samples are approved, first mass production runs 30 to 60 days, and reorders complete in about 30 days. Stock SKUs leave our Guangzhou warehouse within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Will you sign an NDA and protect my intellectual property?

Yes. All custom projects run under a signed NDA before any drawings are exchanged. Your molds are developed in-house, stored separately, and never shared with or sold to other buyers. We hold multiple patents and offer IP-safe original designs that reduce infringement risk for Amazon and e-commerce sellers.

What are your lead times from order to delivery?

Stock SKUs ship within 48 hours. Stock samples arrive in 2 to 7 days. Custom prototypes take 15 to 30 days including mold development. First mass production orders run 30 to 60 days, and reorders complete in about 30 days. All production happens at our Guangzhou factory.

What is your production capacity?

Our Guangzhou factory covers 27,824 square meters with 4 dedicated production lines and 65 injection molding machines under one roof. Mold making, injection molding, assembly, and packaging all happen in-house, which lets us handle everything from 300-piece private label orders up to full container programs.

Do you accept third-party inspections?

Yes. We welcome SGS, Intertek, TUV, or any buyer-designated third-party inspection at any stage of production. We also issue FAI first article inspection and OQC outgoing quality control reports for every batch, along with copies of certification documents for retail onboarding.

How do you ship orders, and do you support Amazon FBA?

We ship worldwide by sea, air, and express courier. For Amazon sellers, we prepare FBA-ready cartons with batch-traceable labeling and deliver directly to FBA warehouses. Stock orders ship within 48 hours, and sea freight is the most economical option for bulk and container-load orders.

What certifications does your factory hold?

Our factory operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and holds BSCI, CE, FDA, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certifications. Copies of all certificates are available on request, and additional SGS, Intertek, or TUV test reports can be arranged with batch-traceable references.

Are your materials safe for prolonged skin contact?

Yes. Goggle and mask seals use medical-grade, food-grade liquid silicone rubber (LSR) that is hypoallergenic and chlorine-resistant. Lenses are shatter-resistant polycarbonate with a molded-in anti-fog treatment. Swimwear and rash guard fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified and verified free from harmful substances.

What quality inspection reports do you provide with each order?

We issue a FAI first article inspection report at sample approval and an OQC outgoing quality control report for every shipment batch. Every batch passes in-house air-tightness and anti-fog testing before packing, and copies of certification documents are included for retail and marketplace onboarding.

How long does the anti-fog treatment last?

Our anti-fog treatment is applied during lens molding rather than sprayed on after assembly, so it does not wash off like consumer anti-fog drops. On co-injection models the sealed lens also blocks the moisture ingress that causes fogging. Every batch passes in-house anti-fog testing before shipment, and test reports are available on request.
