One Guangzhou facility takes your swim or dive program from concept sketch to shipped carton: DFM feasibility within 24-48 hours, 3D prototyping, in-house CNC mold development, certified mass production, and private label packaging. Goggles, masks, fins, caps, and apparel under one roof, from 300 pieces per color.
Not every buyer needs a blank-sheet development. Sixty percent of our current programs are OEM: client branding on proven platforms. Thirty-five percent buy ready-to-ship stock, and five percent commission fully custom builds. Choose the entry point that matches your timeline and budget; the same 15-engineer R&D team runs all three.
Recolor, re-logo, and repackage proven existing molds with zero tooling investment. Pantone color matching, silk-screen or laser logos, and retail-ready packaging turn a catalog model into your private label line in weeks, not months.
Modify geometry, materials, lens coatings, or silicone hardness on an existing platform, or develop a new variant with our engineers. DFM feedback lands within 48 hours, 3D-printed prototypes arrive before any steel is cut, and molds are machined in-house on our CNC center.
For brands that need a product nobody else can sell: new tooling designed and machined exclusively for your program, stored separately, and never shared. NDA from day one, and patent-aware engineering that keeps your listing defensible.
Customization process & timeline
Every custom program, from a 300-piece goggle run to a fully new mask, moves through the same six gated steps. You get a named project contact, a written timeline, and a physical deliverable at each gate before the next one opens.
Send a sketch, reference sample, or spec sheet. Within 24-48 hours our engineers return a DFM feasibility report: moldability, material recommendation, tooling budget range, and the unit-cost drivers specific to your design. No obligation, and no vague “we can do it”.
Your concept becomes a CAD/CAM model, then a 3D-printed prototype you can hold, fit-test, and show stakeholders before any steel is cut. Design changes at this stage cost engineering hours, not thousands of dollars in scrapped tooling.
Molds are machined on our own CNC machining center directly from CAD/CAM data, never outsourced to a third-party tooling shop. Computer-controlled molding holds ±0.05 mm dimensional accuracy, and your tooling never leaves the building.
Pre-production samples come out in your Pantone colors, your logo, and your packaging spec. Custom prototypes land in 15-30 days including mold development, and mass production does not start until you sign off the PPS sample.
Production runs under our ISO 9001:2015 system across 65 injection molding machines, with batch testing before packing. First orders ship in 30-60 days and reorders in about 30. Third-party inspection by SGS, Intertek, or TUV can be arranged before shipment.
Silk-screen, laser engraving, or metal badge branding; blister, EVA case, or printed retail box; FBA-ready cartons with batch-traceable labeling. Your goods leave Guangzhou retail-ready, not just factory-finished.
Five dimensions cover most private label programs, from a custom swim cap run to a full goggle family. If your spec goes beyond this matrix, that is exactly what the 15-engineer R&D team is for. Bring the requirement and we will engineer the answer.

Gaskets, straps, shells, and caps matched to your Pantone codes across silicone, polycarbonate, and fabric components, with printed patterns available on junior and lifestyle lines.

Silk-screen printing on lens, strap, or cap; laser engraving; premium metal badges; plus custom tags and labels for apparel lines. All logo application happens in-house.

Medical-grade liquid silicone rubber, solid silicone, polycarbonate, latex, and lycra, with silicone hardness specified to your comfort and sealing requirements.

Clear, smoke, and amber tints; mirror and REVO coatings; polarized and photochromic lenses for open water; and prescription diopter lenses, all with molded-in anti-fog and UV protection.

Blister packs, EVA cases, printed retail boxes, and FBA-ready cartons with batch-traceable labeling, engineered to protect the product and sell it off the shelf or the listing image.

In-house pattern design and printing for caps, junior goggles, and soft goods, the differentiation that makes a kids’ line or a limited drop stand out in a crowded marketplace.

The fastest way to kill a private label program is finding your exact product on a competitor’s listing three months after launch. Our operating model is built so that cannot happen from the factory side.
A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before sketches, CAD files, or spec sheets change hands. Your product roadmap stays between your team and ours, documented in a contract, not promised on a call.
Custom tooling is machined in-house on our CNC center, registered to your program, and stored separately. It is never shared, lent, or resold to another buyer, contractually and physically.
Our own patent portfolio means we build on original platforms, not copied ones. For Amazon and marketplace sellers we recommend IP-safe designs that reduce the risk of infringement complaints and listing takedowns.
Batch-traceable labeling on every carton means any unit in the market can be traced back to a production line and date. If a lookalike appears, you will know it did not leave our floor.
Tell us your marketplace at the briefing stage. We flag designs with takedown exposure, steer you toward exclusive tooling, and structure the program so your listing stays defensible.
